These terms and conditions will apply on receipt of a deposit ( not refundable or transferable ) a booking has been made for the agreed dates at the agreed price,the balance is due on arrival.     

  In the event of a customer cancellation deposits will be retained and the person in whose name the booking was made will be liable for the full cost at the owners'' discretion.    

   Non arrivals will be charged the full cost of the booked stay first nights booking paid in advance unless other agreement arranged with the proprietor.    

    We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover these eventualities.  

    Delays in receiving your deposit may mean the accommodation requested is no longer available.    

     Damages or breakages to the accommodation or its contents which you cause during your stay you are liable for and a invoice will be sent for repair or making good for the damage or breakage
